Garden View Guest Room

Our house is located near the recreational area "Bocholter Stadtwald", the natural oasis "Bocholter Aasee" and the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences. We are located directly on the cycling routes "Hohe Mark-Route", "Bocholter Aa" and the "100 Castle Route". So great bike paradise and everything flat! Holland is also only 10km away. I'm following Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol. The space We have an open house in mutual respect. We enjoy conversations with our guests and have all kinds of tips at our disposal. In the hallway there is a basket with flyers for excursions in the area and one with cycling and hiking maps for rent. Guest access The kitchen can be used with prior hand disinfection. During your stay Since I know my surroundings like the back of my hand, I am happy to share my excursion tips. We are incredibly happy to go to concerts and are happy to take our guests with us. Brochures for excursion destinations and cycling maps are available in the basket in the hallway. Other things to note For 5€ a day you can rent a bike with us.
