The space If you decide to come, you will be in direct contact with nature. You will also have views of the most beautiful valley on the island – Tamadaba Natural Park. Looking at the sea you will also see our neighboring island, Tenerife, with El Teide, Spain's highest peak. You will feel lost to the rest of the world, surrounded by nature with access to different trekking paths that reach the Tamadaba Natural Park. Our house is just 5 minutes away from the sea by car, and surrounded by the most secluded beaches on the island. In Agaete, the closest village, also a few minutes away, you can find real Canarian restaurants and a well-preserved historic center. In the summer, the sun shines for 12 hours on our solarium. You can also refresh yourself in our swimming pool or in the Jacuzzi, private and only accessible to our house's guests. The Jacuzzi has been designed to be used by children, having no pool curbs and only 50cm depth. During sunset you will be able to hear the sounds of nature, local birdlife nesting in the heights of the majestic Agaete Valley. At night, you can also enjoy the rare experience of watching the stars without light pollution. In the interior of the house we offer you all the comforts of a modern house, large bathroom with 2 showers, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living / dining room / kitchen; windows on the ceiling to sleep watching the stars and everything with a very neat decoration that we hope you like; appliances, mattresses and new furniture, wide access and windows that next to the interior garden make the interior fuse with the exterior of the apartment. If you decide to come and enjoy this place you will be in direct contact with nature, with views of the most beautiful valley of the island, the Tamadaba Natural Park and the sea and the neighboring island of Tenerife with the highest peak in Spain on the horizon, Mount Teide. You will have the feeling of being completely away from the rest of the world, in the middle of nature, where you can take hikes of different distances through the mountains and reach the Tamadaba Natural Park. The house is a 5-minute drive to the sea and the most secluded beaches on the island and the village of Agaete, with a port, multiple authentic Canarian restaurants, and a very well-preserved old town. In the solarium you can sunbathe for 12 hours in summer, cooling off in the pool or jacuzzi, which are private, for the exclusive use of the house. The jacuzzi is designed to also be used as a pool for the little ones, without edges and 50cm deep. When the sun goes down, you can hear the special sound of the shearwaters that nest in the heights of the majestic Valle de Agaete and observe the stars without light pollution. Inside the house we offer you all the comforts of a modern house, a large bathroom with 2 showers, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room/dining room/kitchen; skylights to sleep under and watch the stars, and all with a very careful decoration that we hope you like; brand new appliances, mattresses and furniture, wide accesses and windows that together with the interior garden make the interior merge with the exterior of the house. We offer the service of heating the pool and jacuzzi water. It is not necessary at almost any time of the year, nor for most customers, and it also has a significant energy cost, but these two individual services are available to you: 1) Jacuzzi heating (30ºC approx.) - €25 operation during the first day. - €12 each subsequent day for temperature maintenance 2) Pool Heating (25ºC approx.) - €40 for operation during the first day. - €19 each additional day for maintaining the temperature.
