You may occasionally hear sounds from nature, local village life, and mosque prayer calls, which are a normal part of the island’s atmosphere. • The villa is located slightly elevated above street level at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering a peaceful, private, and relaxed setting. The open-concept design was intentionally created to maximize the uninterrupted panoramic views, unique living experience, and connection with nature. Due to the natural surroundings and elevated position, guests standing in certain areas near the edge of the property may be visible from the distant lower street level. Please consider this carefully in relation to your personal expectations regarding privacy.
