Amazing View Villa Near Old Town, Infinity Pool

Welcome to Villa Jazmin, a gorgeous 4 bedroom villa located in the hills of Conchas Chinas, just minutes from downtown and the best beaches in the area. With sweeping ocean and mountain views, an incredible infinity pool, multiple terraces, spacious bedrooms and comfortable common areas, Villa Jazmin is the perfect oasis for your getaway to Puerto Vallarta. The villa also comes fully staffed including a cook, housekeeper and concierge. Relax and soak up the sun in your private oasis. The space Villa Jazmin has some of the most incredible views that you will find in the bay...gorgeous sweeping ocean and mountain vistas. The villa boasts unique architecture featuring marble, cantera tiles, stained glass, original art and numerous terraces throughout. You will enjoy watching the whales jumping in the Banderas Bay in season while relaxing in the fabulous and spacious outdoor terrace which is appreciated by both sun or shade lovers. The infinity saltwater pool is highlighted by a dramatic waterfall from the second story balcony while the fountain lions sit regally framing the spectacular views. This pool is approximately 5ft deep throughout with a bench under one side. There is plenty of furniture for lounging and outdoor dining. Villa Jazmin comes fully staffed Monday through Saturday with housekeeping to keep the villa in perfect condition and an incredible traditional Mexican cook to go grocery shopping and prepare 2 meals per day (the cost of the groceries is extra). Please note that the cook works an 8 hour shift so both meals must be within this time period. Alternatively she can prepare a meal for guests to heat up, if they prefer to eat after she has left for the day. If check in is Sunday, there will be maid and meal service. We also provide concierge services with every reservation to help with pre-arrival planning, airport transportation, tours, activities, spa services or any special requests you may have to make your vacation unforgettable. Personal requests for extra trips to grocery store are charged a $25 USD fee. The villa boasts both an indoor wine bar and the spectacular outdoor “Berto’s Cantina” bar and kitchen, both equally enjoyable for day or evening entertaining. Music is enjoyed throughout the villa via a SONOS sound system which you will be able to personalize using your own smart mobile device. While very little TV is watched by most guests, the television room has a large flat screen TV with a wide selection US standard and premium channels. TV is also in the master bedroom as well. Of course there is WIFI throughout the entire villa and outdoor areas. The house features ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning throughout common spaces and bedrooms. The water is supplied via a new UV filter system and is safe to drink. Each bedroom has it’s own personality and are all equally desirable, with king size beds, ocean view balconies, walk in closets and en-suite marble showers with dual sinks. This home is perfect for couples, families and friends. Jungle bedroom - This festive room is so named for it’s parrot stained glass and hand painted armoire. The decor showcases authentic items collected from travels both locally and abroad. This bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor for direct pool and patio access. Perfect for those with mobility issues as no stairs are required to access it. Flower bedroom - The flower designed stained glass windows are the inspiration for the floral decor. This cozy favorite features a gorgeous private garden balcony with vistas looking directly towards the fabulous jungle, and bay including the famous Los Arcos rock formations at Mismaloya beach in the distance. Ocean bedroom - The decor here is the palate of sand and sea. The curved balcony is the perfect place to soak in the views of Banderas Bay, Conchas Chinas beach and the pool from above. Romantic bedroom - This room is a slightly larger than the rest with a sitting area so it is considered the master suite. Cupid will watch over you as you sleep restfully in a room incorporating custom made Mexican artisan furniture with a rustic vibe. The room also has a wonderful view balcony with seating area for enjoying the ocean or reading a book. Dubbed “the best shower in Vallarta”, the newly renovated bathroom provides a one of a kind experience! While the villa is over 9,000 sq ft, guests describe it as “spacious but cozy”, with the original Mexican art highlighted through the villa providing feelings of warmth and fun. The garden areas are fun to explore, including the palapa below the house complete with hammock chairs. Villa Jazmin is a perfect place for adult friends, family or special celebrations. Children are allowed upon pre-approval with the understanding that the house is not “child proofed” and the pool does not have a shallow end. Guest access Old town (Zona Romantica) is the place to be for beach, shopping and restaurants. It is an easy 5 minute cab or Uber ride, or 20 minute walk. Beach access to Playa Conchas Chinas is 10 minute walk. For guests renting a car, there is secure parking and carport at the villa. Other things to note Check in is 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00 am. The absolute maximum number of guests is 8. No unapproved guests are allowed on the property and will be subject to immediate removal. There is a ring doorbell outside the gate, as well as a motion outdoor security camera in the driveway. For privacy, there are NO cameras inside the house or the pool patio.
