Guest access You have one private parking space in the parking lot of the building. If you have more than one vehicle, park it on the street, where parking is free. VAT Regulations: In accordance with Israeli tax laws, Israeli citizens and residents are subject to an additional 18% VAT. Guests holding 2B, 3B, or 4B tourist visas, as well as diplomats, are eligible for a VAT exemption upon presenting the required documents. Heating the pool requires an additional payment of 1,000 shekels and must be requested at least 3 days in advance!!! Security Deposit: A deposit may be required at the company’s discretion.
