Large 3 floor house road leading to Crosby beach in a lovely area close to all amenities, lots of restaurants, shops, trains station and bus stop all within easy walking distance. The space My house is ideal for large groups of families (sorry no hen/stag nights) wanting to chill out and enjoy the lovely beach with the Sir Antony Gormley statues including walks and cycle rides, West Lancashire Golf Club on the doorstep and a train service with a direct link to Liverpool and Southport every 15 minutes and It's only 20 minute train ride to the city centre. Guest access You will have access to the whole house including the back garden and the front drive way which can park up to 4 cars. Other things to note The house is in a residential area so please have respect for my neighbours and attached to the house is a young family so please keep noise to a reasonable level. thanks
