Description
Relax in your own private bell tent, set in a woodland glade and supplied with all you need for a glamping experience in the New Forest National Park. Based on a small family run farm, we aim to provide a luxury camping experience with proper bed and bedding, power, furnishings, picnic bench and private cooking area with full cooking kit. Toilet and shower facilities are provided on the main campsite, along with washing up area and communal freezer. The space The 5m bell tent is set on a wooden decking base and within a woodland setting, keeping it beautifully cool during the day, with the sun casting a warm light through the trees during the evening. With views over the fields and immature woodland, you may even spot the roe deer and muntjac grazing in front of the tent in the evening, as well as hear the owls hooting as night falls. There is a private cooking area, as well as a firepit with a bag of complimentary seasoned logs. We also provide a full cooking kit for 2 people, with induction hob, kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery, crockery and cool box. The tent is furnished with a proper double bed plus bedding, and has a low level table, lighting and power sockets. Please note we can also supply memory foam Z beds for up to 2 children if required (your own bedding and additional cooking/eating equipment would be required). The bell tent is set in its own area, away from the main 'Minstead Manor Farm Campsite', so we are unable to offer additional camping in this specific location, or cater for groups. Guest access Private access to Bell tent, parking, cooking area, firepit. Shared facilities including toilets, shower, washing up area. Communal freezer on main campsite (with hand sanitiser available). Other things to note Being in a rural location, phone signal and 3G/4G can be limited/intermittent depending on your provider, and our rural broadband is insufficient for WiFi. We have provided information on local services in the tent and hope it might be an opportunity to be truly off grid for a few days 1-17 August 2024: during this period there is a family camp in nearby fields. Whilst every effort is made to minimise disturbance, there may be some noise in the evenings.
