Open living and sleeping area with gas fireplace and box spring bed, as well as a separate children's room with bunk beds create a cozy atmosphere. Kitchen and bathroom with infrared sauna provide additional comfort. The fenced terrace with beach chair invites you to relax. Dogs are welcome, parking directly at the house. Ideal for families in a quiet location. The space Reederloft Family with view of the forest - Size of the house: 40 m² - Special location/view: partially edge of the field location, view of the forest - Living room/bedroom in open loft style: - Living area: gas fireplace, dining table, cozy sofa corner, TV; - Sleeping area: 1 double box spring bed (2 x 80x200 cm) with blankets and pillows, TV - Children's room: bunk bed (2x80x200m) - Kitchen: large refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, partially with microwave function, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, dining/cooking utensils - Bathroom: spacious bathroom with level access shower, towel heater, washbasin, mirror cabinet, infrared sauna, separate toilet - Terrace: garden furniture, beach chair, fenced terrace. No sun umbrella available! - Parking: at the house - Bed linen/towels: Please bring or book for a fee (20,- €/set) - Consumables: toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs available for initial use; further supplies must be brought. - Cleaning agents/materials: vinegar and toilet cleaner, broom, hand brush, dustpan, cleaning bucket, mop, a vacuum cleaner is available in houses with dogs.
