The Boxes above the theater

In the heart of Suisse Normande, in the Orne, we welcome you to an original place, an old barn converted into a rural theatre, then now into a large gîte (15 pax). The bohemian and artistic atmosphere has been preserved! The Domaine de la Boderie also has three other gîtes, isolated from each other, for a total accommodation capacity of 36 people. The space The "Loges" consist of three separate rooms: -on the 1st floor, the "Orchestre" suite has two bedrooms and an independent bathroom (5 beds in total) - on the 2nd floor, the "Coulisses" bedroom has a large double bed and a bathroom with WC on the half floor - and finally, still on the 2nd floor, the "Perchoir" room can accommodate eight people in dormitory mode, in isolated cabins named in tribute to famous playwrights A space for conviviality and catering is located downstairs, at the entrance to the theatre, directly linked to a semi-professional kitchen which you will use. The theater can be rented for a supplement for a party, gathering, seminar, work internship... Other things to note The Domaine de la Boderie is located at the end of a path, in a preserved environment in Swiss Normandy. On site, many possibilities are available to you: walking or cycling (bicycle rental), activities with our donkeys, friendly reception area with games and coffee machine, room rental (theater, dojo). . We are committed to providing responsible services and tourism. This is why our place is managed in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. The entire estate is part of a preserved habitat and is labeled Gîte Panda (WWF). We adhere to the Suisse Normande Territoire Préservé Network as well as to the Gîte de France and Tourisme et Handicap labels (for the Grand Gîte and the Reception) to guarantee everyone the best welcome.
