Modern apartment with trampoline by the vineyard

The modern apartment called "Carte Blanche" is located on the southern slope of the vineyard in Schützingen, a district of the municipality of Illingen and part of the Stromberg Heuchelberg Nature Park. Illingen has an extremely convenient location. The federal highways B10 and B35 provide car drivers with good supra-local connections. Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Heilbronn and many recreational opportunities in the nature park are close by. The space The approx. 50 m² apartment has an open kitchen with dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking on vacation: microwave, ceramic hob (4 zones), oven, coffee maker (Senseo), kettle, toaster and fridge. Dishes, pans and pots are of course also included. We will also gladly provide you with a basic package of spices as well as some Senseo coffee pads so that you can have a cozy coffee after your arrival. In the living room you can relax in the cozy sitting area - which can also be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people - Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi reception are included. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a beautiful view of Schützingen and direct access to the south terrace. From the living room you can access a hallway with a closet and from there it goes to the bathroom. The bathroom - with natural light (skylight) - is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. We will also provide you with a hairdryer and towels. The spacious separate bedroom with double bed has its own exit to the terrace. Linens are included. Please note that the apartment is built on a slope and therefore not suitable for disabled people. There is a wide path with several stairs to the apartment door. Pets are not allowed. Guest access The south-facing terrace with garden furniture, umbrella and garden with giant trampoline is available free of charge during your stay. A public playground with sandbox, climbing wall, swing and double cable car is within minutes walking distance. Direct access to the vineyard invites you to take an idyllic hike among the vines. Other things to note We will gladly provide you with baby equipment for an extra charge of €20 (baby bathtub, baby bed, changing mat, bottle warmer, crawling blanket).
