Beach Bungalow on private rd, 2 blocks from beach

This newly renovated *5BR* Bungalow is tucked away on a private street just 2 blocks from the beach. 5 Bedrooms include: 2 Cali Kings, 2 Queens & 2 Twin beds. *3 full baths, plus 2 outdoor showers with hot water! Plenty of parking for 5 cars, screened in porch, small fenced yard for a dog, *dogs upon approval* extra freezer and refrigerator, elevator. Dining tables inside and out, gas range, gas grill, oversized island. Wet bar with ice maker. Everything you need for the perfect beach vacay! The space Dogs are allowed upon approval! A $250 pet fee will be required. We don’t want you to have to leave your pups at home but please be realistic about how they will do traveling, in the heat, and if they will scratch the wood floors! We have a small fenced-in area but it isn’t ideal for the summer heat all day so please keep that in mind. Other things to note Please note: the porches will be power washed on May 31st. We cannot reschedule. Must be ok with allowing them to come during your stay if you book during this time!
