Charming small house that we have just renovated in the peaceful area of Villefélix in Couzeix. This property combines the quietness of the countryside with the immediate proximity of Limoges (10 minutes from the city center); it offers an ideal setting for both vacations and business trips. The space On the ground floor, it consists of a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a comfortable living room with a 120-cm sofa bed, and a shower room. Upstairs, you will find two double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into two single beds to suit your needs. A place to stay suitable for both family getaways and business trips. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, which is completely separate from our residence. A small outdoor area will be available on sunny days.
