Kaiser mill. Loft in a former, romantically situated, historic mill

The Kaisermühle is alone. You live in the middle of a wild and romantic valley surrounded by mountains. In this wonderful nature, you can practice a variety of recreational opportunities: hiking, jogging, mountain biking, climbing the red sandstone cliffs or simply strolling through nature. The first floor of the former Mahlmühle was rebuilt in 2008/2009 to the apartment. In the design consideration was given to the preservation of the old mill equipment. This resulted in a very own character, comparable to a loft apartment. They use the large room as a kitchen, dining and living area. Sleeping is in a separate room with connection to the bathroom. In a corner between old mill machines, a small desk is set up to handle your correspondence. The apartment is heated with a pellet stove, which provides you with a pleasant warmth and in the evening, the apartment gloriously illuminated.
