The space Adjacent to the owners' house, Le Piegonnier is a 190 m² cottage on several levels. The entrance opens onto the living room with an open kitchen, dining room and relaxation area, as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and two each with two 90x190 beds. This level has a sanitary unit with three showers, a double sink and a toilet. On the top floor, a large bedroom offers two 90 x 190 beds and a round bed, as well as a shower room. Outside, an enclosed courtyard of about 200 m², enclosed by walls and a gate, allows you to enjoy the sunny days in complete safety. A 12 m² terrace with garden furniture completes the outdoor areas. Located in the immediate vicinity of the "Chemin des Vignes" road, the cottage enjoys easy access. Parking is available in the courtyard for one vehicle, and free parking is available 330 m away. Utilities and sheets are included for a simple stay.
