The location This beautiful semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area in the west of the Nordstrand peninsula, just a few meters away from the dike. The nearest shops are about 4 km away. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, there are various restaurants to choose from. With the Adler ships you can take excursions to the islands and Halligen from Strucklahnungshörn (1 km). The beautiful town of Husum with its idyllic harbor and shopping mile is about 22 km away. The amenities The very tasteful and modernly furnished vacation home can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor you will find the large, light-flooded living area with a cozy sitting area. Here you can make yourself comfortable on the large sofa and an internet-enabled flat-screen TV or radio/CD player (with Bluetooth) provides entertainment. The adjacent open kitchen with cozy dining area is very well equipped: induction stovetop, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and a KRUPS filter coffee machine (filter size 4). From the living room you can access the spacious, bright sunroom overlooking the pretty garden. Here you will find another dining area and a flat-screen TV. In the entrance area there is the first of two shower rooms with a toilet. The two bedrooms (160 x 200 and 180 x 200 cm) are located on the 1st floor of the property. In the large bedroom there is a flat-screen TV for your evening entertainment and a small desk. In both bedrooms there are large wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Via a somewhat steep staircase you can reach the third bedroom on the 2nd floor of the property with a single bed (140 x 200 cm). The modern and spacious bathroom on the second floor is equipped with a shower, toilet, urinal and sink, and a washing machine is also available for you. On the small terrace in the garden you can soak up the sun on comfortable garden chairs or end the day with a barbecue. In the fenced garden, your four-legged friend can let off steam. Special features A four-legged friend is welcome in our non-smoking house. Both TVs on the ground floor have satellite TV. The flat-screen TV in the large bedroom only has Internet-based television and can access TV media libraries. An initial set of bed linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price. Additional laundry packages can be booked in the optional services. We are happy to provide our guests with free Wi-Fi. The house has two parking spaces and also bicycle parking spaces.
