The space Retreat on Conley, is perfectly situated on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Just a short walk to Clontarf Beach & Pelican Park you will find a beautiful footpath for biking and walking taking you all the way to the stunning Woody Point Jetty. If water sports are your jam, spend the day SUP-ing or kayaking on the tranquil bay waters or pop the boat in at the Pelican Park boat ramp for a day trip to Moreton Bay. Whether you hit the Aqua Warrior inflatable park, Redcliffe Lagoon, snorkel at Scott's point, stroll the Redcliffe Sunday markets or simply watch the world go by at your choice of beach-side eatery, Clontarf is the perfect place to explore all SE Queensland has to offer. About your Accommodation: The apartment is fully self-contained, with its own dedicated entry, driveway and courtyard space. With two generously sized double bedrooms, a beautiful retreat-like lounge space to relax and unwind and large kitchen/dining leading out to the courtyard for the option of outdoor dining, you are sure to experience comfort and convenience in your holiday home away from home. Smoking: This property is not suitable for smokers. Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on or around the property. Entertainment: The property has a selection of books & games, a DVD player, strong Wi-Fi connection & Google Chrome ensuring you can stream your favourite shows for your enjoyment. Parking: Parking for two cars in available on the dedicated driveway Laundry & Washing facilities: A shared laundry is available for your use and is also used by the main residence. There is a washing line in the garden which you are welcome to use as well as an airer should you prefer. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful piece of paradise. Guest access You have exclusive use of the apartment and specified courtyard/patio area. The Laundry is located in a separate room next to the apartment and is shared. You are welcome to share the garden and play equipment also. The main residence is situated above, with a completely separate entry and access point and driveway. Our family includes my 2 children (who live at the residence part time) so you might expect a little foot traffic on occasion. *** Please note that from 12/12/2025 - 10/01/2026 the main residence will be listed on Air BnB. This additional space includes 1 double room plus rumpus with sofa bed, if you are requiring additional space, please reach out to enquire about booking the whole property *** We are a friendly & welcoming family that are happy to say hello when we are here whilst always respecting your privacy & preference. *From 11th December - 10th January the main residence is also available. Please send an enquiry if you would like to take advantage of an additional double bedroom, full kitchen/bathroom, lounge PLUS additional lounge with sofa bed.
