On the ground floor of living is dining area with an ultra-modern kitchen, which is separated by a kitchen island with bar stools from the dining area. Next are three of the four double bedrooms and two of the three shower rooms (one en suite) also downstairs. Of course, the house is equipped with air conditioning, you can sleep comfortably cool even in the hotter summer months. Enjoy a delicious barbeque with a good glass of red wine on the terrace and let end your day. The prices apply for an occupancy of 6 people. For each additional person 20 Euro / day will be charged. Price includes bed linen, towels for the bathroom, water etc. A deposit of 300 € in cash is due on arrival. Electricity is charged extra with 0,75 €/kwh.
