The space The house is in the heart of the Gold Coast, combining comfort, privacy and tranquility in a welcoming and familiar environment. Located in a rural area just 2 minutes from downtown Venarey-les-Laumes, this spacious house has everything you need for unforgettable stays or for a quiet time working. Inside you will find a large living room with an open kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals with comfort. The comfortable and bright living room, with its pellet stove, is ideal for cozy and warm moments with family, colleagues or friends, whether it's to relax, chat or watch TV.
