The space Our property is located in the quiet back house of the property and offers you a pleasant and private atmosphere during your stay. ☕ High-quality coffee machine with fresh coffee beans – coffee included to start. Fresh linen and towels are of course provided for you. When checking out, we ask you to strip the duvets and put the used linens and towels in a pile. Guest access Check-in and check-out are done in person. We welcome our guests upon arrival and hand over the keys directly on site. We will briefly show you the accommodation and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. At check-out, we ask you to return the keys in person. We will coordinate the exact time of arrival and departure in advance so that everything works smoothly. Other things to note Our accommodation is located in Nieder-Olm, a charming town in the heart of Rheinhessen. The weekly market on Tuesdays, which takes place only about a 3-minute walk from the property, is particularly popular. There you will find fresh regional products, a pleasant atmosphere and often also a wine bar where you can try the local Rhine Hessian wines. There are also various restaurants, bakeries and shops in the area. Nieder-Olm is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Rheinhessen wine region or for taking a trip to Mainz and the surrounding wine villages.
