The space Our property is located in the quiet rear building of the property and offers you a pleasant and private atmosphere during your stay. Fresh bed linen and towels are of course provided for you. At check-out, we ask you to remove the duvets and put the used sheets and towels in a pile. Amenities include: • TV in each bedroom • Fly screens on the windows • A mobile air conditioner for the warm summer months • A washing machine for use during your stay We want you to feel comfortable with us and enjoy your stay in a relaxed way. Guest access Check-in and check-out are done in person. We welcome our guests on arrival and hand over the keys directly on site. We will briefly show you the property and will be happy to answer any questions. Upon check-out, we ask you to return the keys in person as well. We will coordinate the exact time of arrival and departure in advance so that everything works smoothly. Other things to note Our property is located in Nieder-Olm, a charming town in the heart of Rheinhessen. Particularly popular is the weekly market on Tuesday, which is only about a 3-minute walk from the property. There you will find fresh regional products, a pleasant atmosphere and often also a wine bar where you can try the local Rhine Hessian wines. There are also various restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby. Nieder-Olm is also an ideal base for exploring the Rheinhessen wine region or taking a trip to Mainz and the surrounding wine villages.
