The Besley Suite is huge! The suite offers a really spacious & relaxing area. There's a lovely en suite bathroom as well are your own PRIVATE breakfast table and sitting room with TV and views across the garden. There's wonderful 6ft bed, smart TV, dressing table, chest of drawers and hanging space in the bedroom. A great selection of Continental breakfast items are included in the price. The beach is a 10 minute walk & there are many restaurants/pubs within walking distance / short drive away. The space The Besley Suite sleeps 2 people and is a unique, spacious suite. Bedroom with a super comfy super king 6ft bed, smart TV, chest of drawers, dressing table and hanging space. Bathroom with walk-in rain shower, bath, sink & loo. Sitting room with sofa, arm chair, fireplace, coffee table & breakfast area & views over the garden. Fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine & toaster. Netflix and Wi-fi are available too. 100% cotton bedding and fluffy towels & waffle dressing gowns & toiletries. A continental breakfast is included with an option of cooked breakfast for £7.50 per person. Please let me know about dietary requirements. Guest access The Besley Suite is a private space just for yourselves. You have your bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and eating area. The Garden is shared between the 3 B&B Suites. During your stay I am usually available on a daily basis. Other things to note Our suites all offer a PRIVATE breakfast area and sitting area. Your suite's facilities are only for you, but the garden, should you wish to use it, is spacious and shared between the 4 Suites. Each Suite has its own parking space for 1 car. We are a family of 4 working adults. We take every care in providing a quiet environment for you to relax in. We provide a garden for our B&B guests and there could be up to 8/9 people in that garden - including yourselves, but it is a gorgeous south facing garden with relaxing chairs and garden furniture and plenty of space. I will contact you prior to your arrival to enquire about your arrival time - with the aim to meet you and show you the Suite. But if I am not going to be available I will provide details of how to access your room keys, you can then let yourselves in and I will try and pop by and say hello later on.
