Rukanaapa is a cozy ground floor end apartment in a ski slope house in the popular West Ruka area. All of Ruka's services, shops, slopes, lifts and snowmobile trails are nearby. Rukanaapa is best suited for couples and families. The sauna and holiday home furnishings have been renovated 5/2021. Pets are welcome. The space There are beds for 4-5 people. The bedroom has a double bed, the alcove has a bunk bed and the living room has a sofa bed. Cooking is possible in a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing in the sauna's gentle heat. Free Wi-Fi. Area 48 m2. Equipment: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, refrigerator, drying cabinet, Smart TV, CD/radio, toaster, coffee and kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Car heating plug. Pets allowed! Charging an electric car and using a hot tub in the yard of the cottage is not allowed. Other things to note The customer brings their own linen (sheets + towels) and is responsible for cleaning the property during and at the end of the rental period. Final cleaning and linen can be ordered in advance when booking. The rental price of linen is 19 €/person and the final cleaning is 85 €. We will charge €150 in arrears if the final cleaning has not been done carefully. The reservation starts at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 pm on the day of departure. ------------------ Bed linens & towels and final cleaning are not included in the price. You can bring your own and do the final cleaning yourself before check-out. We provide bedlinen & towels for €19 per person and final cleaning for €85. Cleaning fee is €150 if the cottage is not cleaned after check-out. After booking, you will receive check-in instructions by email.
