House between Sancy and Cantal, close to the lakes

Welcome to our warm and bright home. Close to the bathing lakes of Lastioulles. Great walks nearby, also towards the Sancy and Cantal. The hamlet and the valley are very quiet, the road has very little passage. Ideal for 2 adults and 3 children, or 4 adults. Possible for up to 5 people. The space The house is pleasant in all seasons. On the ground floor: A large living room with a pellet stove and sofas. A large kitchen & dining area. A bathroom. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms. A bathroom. 1 140 x 190 cm bed. 1 2 x 80 x 190 cm bunk bed with an additional 90 x 190 cm bed. All with duvets and pillows. Optional linens and towels (10 eur/pers) Sun terrace in the morning and noon, with barbecue. Sunny garden, not overlooked. Quiet space. Fully equipped kitchen. WiFi included. 2 bikes available. Guest access Parking in front of or above the house. Small shops are 10 km away in Champs sur Tarentaine. Other things to note The garden is not fenced, but there is very little traffic on the street. The small house across the street is unoccupied, not overlooked. Note that the staircase between the ground floor (kitchen/toilet) and the bedrooms is a bit narrow.
