Here you can feel at home on vacation! Our 70 square meter apartment in modern style accommodates up to 2 people (+ 1 person also the couch) and offers you a unique atmosphere. The space A modernly furnished and cozy oasis with magnificent views of the countryside, 70 square meters. The apartment has just been newly renovated. (September 2024) It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything the amateur cook desires, including an induction cooktop, pots, dishes and a dishwasher. Other rooms include: - A living room with a 65-inch 4K smart TV (Netflix) and a sofa bed for one person or two children. - A bedroom with a box spring bed (180 cm). An extra bed is available as well. - Super fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the area (500 Mbit). - A desk with a 34" Samsung monitor is available and can be used for work. - A separate laundry room in the basement with washer and dryer can be used during your stay. The apartment also has a sauna with a small chill-out area in the annex, which was newly built in November 2020. (One use per stay included, each additional use €4.50 per 2 hours) Here you can relax perfectly after a stressful day. Guest access The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via a separate entrance (NOT barrier-free). The nearest supermarkets and an ice cream parlor are 15 minutes walking distance via the bike path. The famous Burgschwalbacher "Märchenwald" is located directly in the adjacent forest and can be reached in 10 minutes by car or on foot.
