Family friendly house with playground and gazebo

Exclusive Villa built 2014 located in Nödinge, 20 min north of Gothenburg. The house is well suited for families with children. There is a children's play room with toys on the bottom floor, swings and a big trampoline outside. The bottom floor has a big entrance, big kitchen with a round dining table for at least 10, living room, kids play room, office space, bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs holds a living room with sofa and tv, 4 bedrooms (3 can be used by guests) and one bathroom. The space Entrance with lots of space for jackets and shoes. Tiles on the floor. The big kitchen and dining table have a beautful view to the surroundings and there is a door to the 50 m2 veranda that includes a big table for 12, propane and coal BBQ to be used by the guest. There is a fireplace that may not be used by the guests. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a big laundry room with a washer machine and tumble dryer that may be used by the guests. The living room on the bottom floor has a sofa and some arm chairs. There is also a high end digital piano that may be used by experienced players (not kids). The living room also has access to the veranda. The 15m2 children's play room holds a lot of toys for children 3-7 years old. All the rooms in the house is built with sound insulation in mind. It is possible to put the kids to sleep on the second floor and still be quite loud in the living rooms. The upper floor has a living room with a big sofa for 7. There is a 50" tv with chromecast (no antenna). We have a DVD collection of about 600 movies that you are free to use. There is a kids bedroom with a 200cm wide bed. (120+80 screwed together) There are two more bedrooms with king size beds (180cm wide) The bathroom on the upper floor also has a bathtub. The house is equipped with solar panels and 1400 liter hot water accumulation tank. Feel free to take a looong shower or baths (summer time) The yard has a 15m2 gazebo which is a perfect place to spend the evenings. There is a kitchen garden with tomatoes, strawberries and lettuce among others. Feel free to pick some. There is an apple tree, and a cherry tree. Raspberries, cloudberries and black currant. Feel free to pick some. There is parking space for at least 7 cars.
