We take the wellbeing of our guests very seriously. We follow strict cleaning protocol. Kindly follow all COVID-19 prevention methods implemented by the building. Comfortable, self-catering apartment on the lively Beach Rd.The apartment is spacious with a standing fan in the bedroom and ceiling fan in the living area. Sea view from lounge window & walking distance to the beach! The bathroom has a shower. DSTV selected channels, DVD player. Near shops. The space The apartment has one spacious bedroom, with a double bed and a small inclosed balcony. The balcony has gorgeous views of the lush green vegetation and trees, surrounding the homes and buildings in the neighborhood. One bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge /freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and everything else you need to have a comfortable stay. The living area is bright and spacious, with two double sleeper couches. In the living area is a beautiful 8 seater dining room table, overlooking the seaside. Flat screen TV, home sound system, DVD player and DSTV. This beautiful sea view apartment, is situated near all the exciting amenities Amanzimtoti has to offer! The building has a private gate to the beach, a 2min walk to the beach! The main swimming beach is just a stone throw away, with clean rock pools. The building also sports a beautiful clean braai area & showers. A 10min walk to Spur and an exciting water fun park, great for the kids! 10 min walk to Woolworths and Virgin Active. Next door to the building is a pub, restaurant, funland, tenpin bowling & much more. Across the road, are many exciting stores and takeaways, including a pub with slot machines, KFC, Shoprite, bottle store and convenience store that stays open till 10pm. The lake is about a 5min walk. Laundry down the road. Beach Rd is always busy with lots going on! Next to the building is a lushes public park with a playground and art stalls. Amanzimtoti also offers lots of exciting activities, like horse riding on the beach and safari near by. Everything you need to relax and be entertained! Guest access Lanie and her team from Dust Busters, will receive you and welcome you to our self-catering apartment. Kindly notify Lanie of your approx arrival time 2 hours before you get to the apartment. You will receive her contact details after your booking is confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: You will be charged an extra fee of R150 by Lanie and her team, if your arrival is after 5pm. She will hand over your keys. Keys include ;a remote for the gate. Key for the parking lock (parking bay 33). An access disk (for entrance and exit to the building and beach gate), all keys to the apartment. The whole apartment and everything in it, is for you, to use and enjoy! The parking space available to you, free of charge, is parking bay 33. Enter the second gate, to access the covered parking bay. The braai area can be used at any time, following the rules of the braai area, presented at the facility. The building showers are also for your use, when you need a quick shower, after returning from the beach! Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly . :) Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE : COVID-19 LEVEL 1: YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE SCREENED AT RECEPTION ON ARRIVAL. THE WEARING OF FACE MASKS IN PUBLIC AREAS ARE MANDATORY. We are committed to assure the wellbeing of our guests. Therefore we commit to very strict cleaning protocol. There are fresh linen, dishcloths and t at the apartment. Kindly take your own towels & toiletries and sanitiser. We have a lock on the parking bay. You will receive a key for this lock, if the lock is closed,open the lock and let the lever down, to access the parking. Kindly put the lever back up & lock it, when you leave for home. Please ensure to stick to your check out time arranged with Lanie. She has to greet you and receive the keys from you. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE OUR KEYS IN THE SLOT AT THE BUILDING OFFICE. We rent our apartment privately and do not have access to the office. Thank you.
