Our unique 75 sqm top-floor apartment is available to you in an Erfurt residential area in the south-west of the city - approx. 4 S-Bahn minutes from the city center. The space Our wonderful 75 sqm attic apartment in the quiet Erfurt district of Bischleben is available to you. ROOM It has 2 1/2 rooms as well as a kitchen + daylight bathroom. Room no. 1: is a bedroom and equipped with a pallet double bed (2 x 2 m) with high-quality mattresses. It can accommodate up to two people. Also in the room: wardrobe, dresser and a TV. Optionally also a travel bed for babies/infants. Room no. 2 + ½: is the living room with adjoining Rondell room and equipped with sofa, another storage option for your things, TV, a single bed, desk for working as well as a small selection of board games and children's toys. KITCHEN The high-quality fitted kitchen can be used to prepare delicacies. :-) Sitting together at the extendable kitchen table is also possible. BATHROOM The bathroom is brightly illuminated through the large skylight. A washing machine and drying facilities for laundry are provided. OTHER The apartment is mostly equipped with high-quality natural materials (cork floor, solid wood furniture, wool wallpaper) and therefore also ideal for allergy sufferers. Furthermore, there is an air purifier in the apartment, which filters the room air (EPA filter, carbon filter, catalytic filter) and frees it from impurities such as dust, viruses or bacteria. Low windows should only be opened by adults. Other things to note I manage the listing on behalf of my parents who are of retirement age, but I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
