Desenzano del Garda. First floor with elevator. 800 meters from the center and 200 meters from the beach. Accommodates up to 10 people + cot. 3 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed. Furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms (tub, shower, and washing machine). Terrace with lake view, table and chairs. ADDITIONAL €2 per person per day for tourist tax. Free parking near the house. Pets are welcome for a fee. . The space We rent a spacious apartment in Desenzano del Garda on the first floor with elevator, in a quiet area, 200 meters from the lake and less than 800 meters from the center. The apartment sleeps 9/10 guests, has 2 double bedrooms and a triple, a sofa bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms (shower, bathtub), living room and kitchen, balcony and large terrace overlooking the lake. Fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, bed blankets and towels for the bathroom. It does not have private parking but there is a free public parking (unguarded) outside the home. In the house you will find many natural materials (parquet, antique furniture, natural resin and marble bathrooms, organic recycled cotton towels) perfectly clean but with possible inclusions. Rules: When you leave you must turn off the air conditioning because it could cause a blackout. There is free, unattended public parking For big groups, (if it is free), if you want you can also rent an apartment with 4 beds on the ground floor. (white holiday home) Guest access The house has no private parking, but there is a free unguarded parking at 200 meters from the house (see photo) If you are without a car we come to pick you up for free and drive to the supermarket we DO NOT provide towels for the beach. Just for the bathroom. You can not bring out the towels from the house. The terrace in front of the apartment you rented is available to you (1st floor). the outer courtyard on the ground floor is available for guests on the ground floor. (Level 0) but there are spices and herbs that all guests can gather. The roof terrace is for the exclusive use of the owner, (roof) you can go for make some panoramic photos. Beds and linens will be made up for the number of paying guests booked Other things to note 💥From August 5, 2025, due to maintenance work on the building next to the house, guests may be disturbed during the week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. there are cats (report allergies) olive trees spices and herbs turtles and hedgehogs The price includes water and electricity consumption, but this does not allow waste of resources!
