The house by the sea

The apartment is located in Monasterace, close to the beautiful beach overlooking a large terrace furnished with plants, lights, sofas, sun loungers, sunshades, dining table and chairs. I make it available, asking you to experience and manage it with the utmost care, while wishing you a pleasant stay. The apartment is on the second floor of a villa with several apartments and a garden. May is the ideal time to take the first dips, with soft sunshine, broad beans and peas. The space The apartment is perfect for four people from June to September, and the large terrace allows you to spend time outdoors. During the remaining months, the apartment is available for only two people. During stays, you cannot accommodate people who are not present in the reservation. It consists of an entrance, bright kitchen / living room with sea view.   - Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs for 4 people, gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, various utensils. In the same space, a living room with windows, a sofa, and a TV. No Wi-Fi   - Bathroom with bathtub/shower, with window, drying rack, hairdryer. - Small storage room with washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.   - Double bedroom with windows, with attached bathroom/shower, with window.   - Bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and desk, with balcony overlooking the sea.   - Very bright corridor with balcony and window overlooking the sea.   - Upon arrival, you will find sheets and towels per person.   - Independent heating/air conditioning is only available for use with balconies and closed windows. Guest access Guests, if two or four, have access to the entire apartment with terrace.   Two people have access to the entire apartment with terrace.   It is accessed via a normal internal staircase.   You can use the garden to reach the public beach. Other things to note All guest IDs must be presented upon arrival as required by Italian law, valid documents are passport or identity card-   - The following surcharges are required for late check-in:   after 9:00 p.m. and until 10:30 p.m., a supplement of €15 is required   - After 10:30 p.m. and until midnight, a €25 surcharge is required   - After midnight and until 1 a.m., a €35 supplement is required   - Check-in after 1:00 a.m. must be agreed in advance to assess the possibility and guarantee it.
