We offer you the possibility of staying on the ground floor of our superb duplex located on the banks of the Niger River. The view from the roof is one of the best in Ségou! It is possible to sleep on the terrace under the stars and in safety. The fence is quite high and security is permanently provided. All rooms are ventilated, one bedroom is air-conditioned, mobile coolers are available. The space The floor is also available for rent. Each floor has an independent entrance from the stairwell, so each tenant has a private sphere. Solar panels were installed at the end of 2024. The supply of electricity is therefore done in a hybrid way. Lighting and ventilation are solar powered. You will be required to purchase additional electricity for air conditioning. The prepaid meter allows you to manage your consumption as you wish, charge it as soon as you arrive, the guard is available for any information. Please note that the house does not have a generator. Other things to note The running water comes from a water tank regularly supplied by a well thanks to a solar pump. We recommend that our guests buy bottles of mineral water for their consumption.
