The space The villa is fully ready for living and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet, green area with no construction projects nearby, ensuring peace, privacy, and tranquility. There are no neighbors around. The villa is fully equipped: a kitchen with a refrigerator, wardrobes, and all necessary kitchenware. Everything you need is already available on site. A small menu will also be available. There are no supermarkets nearby, so we recommend purchasing groceries in advance. The villa provides filtered drinking water, safe for daily use. Other things to note Breakfast is not provided at the moment. However, there is a very pleasant Italian restaurant about a 7-minute drive from the villa, where you can order meals or breakfast. We are happy to assist with arranging orders if needed. Firewood for the fireplace and the grill is provided free of charge.
