A recently renovated modern 1 bedroom apartment part of our Beaufort Suites development. The living / kitchenette area is and comfortable and light with a sofa, dining table, leather chairs and 40 inch smart TV. The kitchenette has an induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Perfect for preparing light snacks and simple meals. The separate bedroom has a kingsize bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table / desk and an additional smart TV, Wifi & onsite parking The space A one bedroom, comfortable, modern, compact apartment on the second floor of our Beaufort Suites building, located on London road in Cheltenham. The Kitchenette / Living Area is modern and light. There is a dining table, comfortable leather dining chairs, a sofa and 40 inch Smart TV. An excellent space to work or relax in. The kitchenette is full of amenities ready for guests to prepare light meals. There is, an instant boiling tap, kettle, induction hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Saucepans etc are all ready for use in the apartment. Please note there is no oven or washing machine in the apartment or within the building. The bedroom is separate off the hallway and has, a kingsize bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table and additional TV. Hotel quality bedding and linens, blinds and black out curtains all make for a perfect nights sleep. The bathroom has; WC, basin and shower. Hotel quality towels are in provided along with toiletries. Luxury touches are included in every stay with Hotel quality bed & bath linens, black out curtains & toiletries. Please note the apartments are located above the Beaufort Arms Restaurant & Bar on London Road Cheltenham, there is potential for road noise. Apartment 3 is located on the second floor so guests will need to climb stairs to access the apartment. There is no oven or washing machine within the apartment or building. Laundry services are available for additional fees. Guest access Access to the whole apartment. There are 4 self contained apartments within the Beaufort Suites building. Other things to note Above the Beaufort Arms restaurant, free on site and on street parking on a first come first served basis. The tap that looks like the hot tap in the kitchen is actually a disconnected boiling water tap. Please move the lever on the other tap forward and back for hot and cold water. Damaged or missing linen/towels will be charged as follows: Towel - £10 Bed Sheet - £10 Pillow Case - £5 each Duvet Cover - £20 As a small family business it's very costly for us to replace sheets and we pride ourselves on providing the cleanest and freshet laundry for future guests.
