Lake House | Private Pool | Outdoor Serenity

Our house is located right next to the beautiful Šmartinsko Lake, where you can enjoy peaceful walks around the lake, fish, boat, SUP, or go for a swim. You can experience local food and sights with easy access to Celje or the highway. House fits 12 people so it's perfect for families or groups of friends celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, or holidays in general. A big pool and neighbor-free location guarantee enjoyment and pleasure. The space Lake House is entirely made from natural building materials with artistry feel to it and has lots of love. First, you enter into a big space with common table that fits at least 25 people, it is also secluded from the rest of the house. The house has two floors, the upper floor has 6 bedrooms. 2 of the master bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has a sofa bed, and the other 3 have 2 single beds. Downstairs is the living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with a fireplace, providing warmth and charming sparkles of the enchanting fire. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, one is on the main floor and the second one, which is newly remodeled, is upstairs. From the living room, you can exit onto the terrace. In front of the house, there are 2 patios, one is under the roof and the other one is out in the open, so you get the best of both worlds. The cottage has a private and very spacious deck. The outdoors offers plenty of kid activities, and the gas barbecue grill is also available. We decided to not install a TV in the Lake House because we wanted to provide you with peace. The natural environment along the water, and romantic night views of the stars at Smartinsko Lake will fill your batteries with new energy. But don’t worry, we've got you covered with free Wi-fi in case of a necessary Daily Dose of Social media. We’ve been collecting all things vintage and unique. We love to mix vintage with new and love to mix up the vibes. The Lake House is decorated with finds from around the world and has an eclectic and comfortable vibe. The pool and outdoor firepits will provide great company during long summer nights. Guest access While you're staying here, the house will be your private oasis. The area from the lake and all around the plant fence is yours. Feel free to explore the yard. Also, make sure to enjoy the incredible views from the front porch during your stay. The lake deck which is a bit outside of the general area also has a table and a bench - a great spot for enjoying your lunch or sunbathing in peace. You have full access to our 3 acres to roam around and just relax. Other things to note Based on inquiries during the season, we rent out SUPs, a boat, or a kayak. If you need to rent a bicycle or electric bicycle, car, or van please let us know. We also offer rides, pick-ups, or drop-offs from the main airports or public transport stations nearby. If you need a baby cot for the duration of your stay, please let us know early enough.
