The Roost, (formerly known as 'The Barn'), has been stunningly converted and is available as a self-catering cottage (for a minimum of 3 nights) for up to 8 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, all with their own ensuites, with 1 double, 1 king, a twin room and a superking that can be split into a second twin if preferred. The king bedroom is downstairs making it more accessible for guests with limited mobility. The Roost has original exposed wooden beams and is furnished with solid wood furniture and high quality fixtures and fittings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave leading into the large dining and lounge space which is perfect for family, friends and Tour Groups. There are wall mounted flat screen TVs in each room and free WiFi. The Roost enjoys a private patio with garden furniture as well as off street designated parking and is within walking distance to the famous RSPB Bempton Cliffs. Manor Farm is ideally located to explore the Yorkshire Coast and the towns of Flamborough, Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough which are all just a short drive away. We are happy to accommodate one pet (free of charge).
