The “Alphira” apartment, located in the Grande Gorraz G8 condominium, is situated in the resort of Pila, a true paradise for mountain lovers and outdoor activities. Thanks to its location, the property offers a wide range of sports activities in every season: winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding, and summer experiences including trekking, mountain biking and excursions. A convenient cable car connection allows you to reach the city of Aosta in just 20 minutes. The property offers a free, reserved and covered parking space. Please note that the maximum allowed vehicle height is 1.90 meters. A car is not essential for getting around the area, as all main services are only 5/10 minutes on foot. THE PROPERTY The apartment is arranged in a single room and is equipped with everything needed to ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment consists of a small living area, a kitchen with a large table, a full bathroom and a comfortable sleeping area. In addition, there is a private and heated ski and bike storage room. THE KITCHEN / DINING AREA The kitchen features an induction cooktop with 2 burners, a sink and a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave oven, pots and various utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery. In the dining area there is a large table with chairs, allowing you to eat or work comfortably while admiring the view. THE LIVING AREA The small living room, furnished with a comfortable two-seater sofa and a coffee table, offers a cozy relaxation corner. The large window allows you to admire the Aosta Valley mountains, making the space ideal for moments of tranquility. To complete the environment and make it even more comfortable and welcoming, there is a soft rug. A free Wi-Fi connection and a 43” Smart TV are also available. THE SLEEPING AREA The sleeping area features a double bed (160 x 190 cm) with topper and complete with all linens. The bed is served by two bedside tables on which the bedside lamps are placed. From the bed it is possible to watch TV via digital terrestrial channels or the main streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, etc.). THE BATHROOM The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a large mirror, WC, bidet and sink. The room is completed by a clothes drying rack with clips. You will have 3 towels per person available (face, hands and body). In addition, you will find hand soap, shower soap and a hairdryer. THE SKI AND BIKE STORAGE On the lower floor relative to the apartment, there is a private and heated ski and bike storage room. The room is equipped with a rack to store skis, poles and snowboards. There are also two practical stands to store two bicycles and two shelves to place all the equipment. Please note that it is not possible to charge e-bikes in the room, as the power outlet is timed together with the lights. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The heating is guaranteed exclusively during the period from October 1st to April 30th, as the condominium may switch it off outside of this timeframe. Therefore, from May 1st to September 30th, the host cannot be held responsible for the temperature inside the apartment. Guest access You will have the entire housing unit available.
