The space "For weekends from October to February, it is possible to rent the property for one night, with check-in from 10:00 am and check-out the following day at 6:00 pm. The table can accommodate up to 21 people. As we also have a decoration business, we can take care of your decoration if you wish (indoors and outdoors). You can find our work on our website. Please let us know if you would like a quote. For your safety, the property is completely enclosed, and several vehicles can park there. The cleaning fee also includes the laundry fee since sheets are provided. For your comfort, the beds will be made, so you won't have anything to do upon your arrival! Bath towels are not provided. Depending on the season, you can pick and enjoy walnuts, pick cherries or bite into an apple in the orchard…. Regarding the pool: - The property's private pool will be available to our guests only (people not part of the rental will not have access to it) from May to September - Opening hours are: from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM In addition to the swimming pool and tennis, many leisure activities are available on site: boules court, ping pong, etc., but also nearby: a greenway with 27 km of walking or cycling, the Dreux state forest, indoor soccer, Battle Kart, canoeing, equestrian center, Ecluzelles nautical center, golf, go-karting, the Ouest Parisien racetrack, etc. Guest access Within the property, you have an area of more than 9,000 m2 and you will find: Outdoor table and chairs, Barbecue (charcoal is not provided), Laundry room with washer and dryer, free for one week stays Outdoor games: Bowling green Ping-pong tables Children's playground Molky Shuffleboard... No pets allowed. Although we allow parties and events, noise pollution outside is not allowed after 11 p.m. A deposit check is requested upon key handover (€1,900) for all parties or events held. Please note that in July and August, check-out is mandatory at 10:00 AM. For electric cars, a minimum fee of €8 excl. tax – €9.60 incl. tax per day will be payable to charge a vehicle. With the exception of the La Maison Normande cottage, all our cottages have their own internet connection. The network is good quality for teleworking. Regarding the pool: - Swimming is unsupervised - Swimming is forbidden for children not accompanied by an adult - The pool is treated with chlorine - Dimensions: 8m x 4m - Depth: 1.20 m to 2 m - No persons not staying at the property (visitors) may use it. - A waiver will need to be signed upon arrival in order to access the pool. Regarding tennis: - Usable year-round, - Recreational tennis court with imperfections. Baby cot & high chair available on request. Bed linens provided and beds made on arrival.
