The table can accommodate up to 21 people. As we also have a decoration business, we can take care of your decoration if you wish (indoors and outdoors). You can find our work on our website. Please let us know if you would like a quote. For your safety, the property is completely enclosed, and several vehicles can park there. The cleaning fee also includes the laundry fee since sheets are provided. For your comfort, the beds will be made, so you won't have anything to do upon your arrival! Bath towels are not provided. Depending on the season, you can pick and enjoy walnuts, pick cherries or bite into an apple in the orchard…. Regarding the pool: - The property's private pool will be available to our guests only (people not part of the rental will not have access to it) from May to September - Opening hours are: from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM In addition to the swimming pool and tennis, many leisure activities are available on site: boules court, ping pong, etc., but also nearby: a greenway with 27 km of walking or cycling, the Dreux state forest, indoor soccer, Battle Kart, canoeing, equestrian center, Ecluzelles nautical center, golf, go-karting, the Ouest Parisien racetrack, etc. Guest access Within the property, you have an area of more than 9,000 m2 and you will find: Outdoor table and chairs, Barbecue (charcoal is not provided), Laundry room with washer and dryer, free for one week stays Outdoor games: Bowling green Ping-pong tables Children's playground Molky Shuffleboard... Other things to note No pets allowed. Although we accept parties and events, outdoor noise is not accepted after 11 p.m. A security deposit is required upon key handover (€1,900) for any parties or events organized. Please note, in July and August checkout is mandatory at 10 a.m. For electric cars, a minimum fee of €8 excl. tax - €9.60 incl. tax per day will be payable to be able to recharge a vehicle. With the exception of the La Maison Normande vacation rental, all our vacation rentals have their own internet connection. For teleworking, the network is of good quality.
