The apartment is new and lovingly furnished, including charcoal grill for cozy evenings. You can also use the covered terrace. Helsa is easily accessible by tram and offers everything for everyday needs (pharmacy, Netto, Edeka). In just 15-20 minutes you will be in Kassel. The Feldbogenparcours tickets are particularly beautiful at the gas station. In summer, the outdoor swimming pool provides refreshing variety. The space Helsa Retreat Welcome to our 60 m² holiday apartment in Helsa, right by the beautiful Kaufungen Forest. The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for families, couples, business travelers and nature lovers. We built our house ourselves with a lot of love for detail from September 2022 to October 2023. The modern and comfortably furnished apartment has a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine (pods). Comforts also include underfloor heating, high-speed Wi-Fi and TV. A special highlight is the private, covered terrace with mountain views and a hammock. The communal garden is also available for our guests. The location right by the Kaufungen Forest is ideal for hiking, jogging, cycling and mountain biking. Shopping is within walking distance. A playground, as well as toys and books, also make the accommodation attractive for families. One pet may be brought along by arrangement. Numerous excursion destinations await you in the area, including the Meißner/Frau-Holle-Land, the Edersee adventure region, the Sababurg zoo and the Hirschberg equestrian center. Also worth seeing are Kaufungen with its collegiate church, the Documenta city of Kassel, the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, and the half-timbered towns of Melsungen, Witzenhausen, Eschwege and Bad Sooden-Allendorf. You can reach Kassel in about 20 minutes by car or conveniently by tram. Hessisch Lichtenau is also easily accessible. In summer, the public swimming pool invites you to swim. Shared parking and self check-in are available. The hosts live on site. A hot tub can be used for an additional fee. We look forward to welcoming you to our self-built home!
