The apartment, renovated and furnished in a marine style, is in the center of Marcelli. The beach is in front of the house and the services are within 100 meters. It has a terrace overlooking the Conero. Included in the price are wi-fi, toiletries, linens, sheets, parking pass (in summer), an umbrella and two deckchairs at the Il Cucale establishment. The space The apartment, completely renovated, is 50 square meters. The fixtures are new. It is also ideal as a location for those who want to do smart working with a view of the sea, since the house has a wi-fi connection.
