The apartment is currently being completely renovated and will be ready for occupancy from 06/2021. There is an open kitchen-living room, a bedroom with double bed (160*200), a bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower. Behind the house you have the possibility to park your bicycles on the terrace (without roof). The garden can also be shared. Ample seating is provided. Guest access Parking is available directly in front of the house. A second parking space is possible after prior consultation. The apartment can be reached via an external staircase with separate access. Other things to note The bedroom with the 3 single beds can only be reached via a room staircase. Please note that these stairs are not suitable for small children, elderly people or people with an unsteady gait.
