If the Guest has a fiscal receipt without a NIP number and asks for an invoice to be issued to the company, the Facility has the right to refuse to issue the document, referring to Article 106 b, paragraph 5 of the Act of 4 July 2019 amending the Act on Value Added Tax and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1520).
