The property enjoys a privileged position, in a quiet and residential district near the University, but at the same time just a few minutes from the historic center (20 minutes on foot / 10 minutes by bike). The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, terrace The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, TV, double sofa bed, access to the balcony; - KITCHEN with dining table, gas hob with 4 burners, refrigerator, moka, electric oven, kettle, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware; access to the covered terrace; - BATHROOM with shower box (slightly raised), sink, bidet and WC; - BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and small table; - BALCONY with outdoor table and chairs. - COVERED TERRACE with chair. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine (in the bathroom), insect screens and soundproof windows. Free bike storage in the common area outside the building. PLEASE NOTE: there is a step to access the building and an another step to access the lift. Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning. Guest access The entire flat is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
