Guest access Guests have exclusive access to their private apartment, including a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and all amenities inside the unit. The apartment is completely independent. Guests may also use the shared outdoor areas and parking. Other things to note The guesthouse is located in a peaceful countryside area, offering clean, fresh air and a quiet atmosphere. The nearest shop is approximately 1.5 km away in Zovuni village. For convenient transportation, we recommend using a taxi or a private car. Yerevan is easily accessible by taxi and can be reached in approximately 7–8 minutes. Please note that the final part of the road is partly uneven.
