Pets are welcome and a selection of books and family games is available on the bookshelf. The connecting sheltered sunny courtyard has a wooden outside table and 4 chairs plus a garden bench in a sunny spot. The large secure garden put down to lawn has 4 A frame wooden picnic benches to seat 16.
