LE PIC'ARDIE

Le Pic'ardie is a home designed for people passing through, whether they are tourists, students, in training, for business trips... Its name was chosen for the region in which it is located and which its owner defends, being herself Picard by birth. The space Apartment on the 1st floor of a typical townhouse in the North of FRANCE, all in red brick. Designed and fully equipped for 5 people, it breaks down as follows: 2 bedrooms each with either 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 fully equipped kitchen/living room (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and all the necessary kitchenware), washing machine, TV + Wi-Fi access. It has also been fitted out to accommodate small children or babies (folding crib, baby bath, safety gate are available. What makes it unique is its comfortable and reassuring side that it exudes and that many of the guests who have rented it have felt so far. Guest access The entire place is available for guests to stay independently. Other things to note Access to the accommodation on the 1st day of the rental from 3pm until any time since this access is done independently by digicode. The codes are communicated to the tenants after a first contact by text message with the owner of the premises.
