In order to offer you a responsible stay, some specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity, etc.) may be charged at the end of the stay. This spacious, contemporary 220 m² house has been designed for sharing special moments with family or friends, in a peaceful setting where comfort and well-being are the key words. Its real asset, unique in the region, is its remarkable indoor wellness area, accessible in any season. Bathed in light thanks to its large openings onto the 1,500 m² garden, it invites you to relax with a vast 8 m x 2.20 m swim spa, combining a jacuzzi area and a counter-current swimming area. Complemented by a solarium and a stationary bike, this space becomes a real cocoon where you can recharge your batteries, whatever the weather. The large, friendly and bright living room combines a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with home theater equipment, ideal for extending evenings after a day of exploration or relaxation. With a view to limiting its environmental impact, the cottage is also equipped with eight solar panels that contribute to part of its electricity production depending on the amount of sunshine. A way to combine comfort with a more responsible approach during your stay. Other things to note The price includes: - Water - 8 kWh/day of electricity Price doesn't include: - Excess electricity beyond 8 kWh/day. Please note that the swim spa consumes electricity. The excess electricity varies from approximately €25 to €120 per week, depending on the outside temperature, the number of tenants, and the tenants' use of the equipment. - Heating - Optional linens and towels - End of stay cleaning at the expense of the tenant or offered as an option A deposit of €600 is to be paid upon arrival and will be returned within a week of the stay.
