(Friday-Friday) We do NOT allow parties or large events out of respect for our neighbors. Please-- no wedding inquiries. NO PETS allowed. Please understand-- we have family members with severe allergies. Primary renter needs to be age 25+ Guest access 2- car garage, plus lots of parking on property. If you decide to venture off the lake house retreat, you can take the kids to Centennial Park, golf at Valley Ridge Golf Course, hang out at Little Bean Coffee Company, enjoy an authentic Italian meal at Oliverii North or a beer and a great meal at Rivalry Ale House, take in a movie at the Antioch Theater, experience the famed Bristol Renaissance Faire, and and 20- 30 min. from Lake Geneva, Wilmot, Gurnee and Kenosha. Other things to note In the unforeseen event that local law enforcement is called due to late-night noise issues, a $500 fine will be issued. We have not had this happen, but please remember that you are in a residential setting and we want to be respectful to our neighbors.
