Bed and breakfast, I welcome you in French, English or Spanish in my apartment, a duplex located on the banks of the Meuse and put at your disposal on the ground floor, ONLY ONE BEDROOM with 1 double bed + 1 shower room. In addition, a cabin bed located in the living room can be occupied by a child (at a price of €15.00 or by an adult of normal size at a price of €25.00). This cabin bed measures 90 cm x 200 cm. The space Stunning views of the Confluence, the Citadel and the new "Delta" to discover (project by architect Philippe Samyn in 2019)! We can share and chat for a while while drinking tea/coffee in the living room or on the terrace. As a tour guide, I can inform you of the places and activities to discover in our beautiful city of Namur and its surroundings. 10-minute walk to downtown, along the towpath... or across the Enjambée! Easily accessible by car from exits 14 or 15 of the E411 - and the Pont des Ardennes and Place Joséphine - Charlotte private and secure parking. Public transport, shops, bicycles and shared cars on the corner. I welcome you in French, English and Spanish. Guest access The double bedroom, bathroom, living room, and the possibility of booking the cabin bed in the living room... the dream for children with an extra €15 for a child; €25 for adults. (normal size, the cabin bed measures 90 x 200 cm). The living room and terrace are accessible to guests. Non-smoking apartment. The kitchen is not available.
