All guests are required to complete this simple process before check-in, which includes: ID verification We kindly ask guests to complete damage protection by selecting one of the following options: (Your choice of either a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver) A refundable security deposit of £150, returned after your stay (subject to no damage being reported), or A non-refundable damage waiver of £45, which covers up to £150 in accidental damage. You’ll receive a secure payment link shortly to complete your chosen option ahead of your arrival. This step helps us prepare everything for a seamless check-in and ensures peace of mind for both parties.
