Central and cozy basement apartment near train station/center. Living room/kitchen, bedroom, hallway and bathroom/toilet. Private entrance. In the house there is a family with five children. It is important for us to clarify that there is no sound insulation between the floors and that one must expect "life" in the house from early in the morning. Guest access Guests have access to the basement apartment which is separated from the rest of the house. Guests can use the outdoor area outside the apartment.
