The Annexe is a newly renovated apartment within Henge Estate in the Wiltshire countryside, 6 mins drive from Stonehenge & 23 mins drive from Salisbury. It has 1 bedroom, an en-suite, a sitting room and a kitchen. An ideal base for exploring Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset & Somerset as almost equidistant to Bath & Marlborough (north), Winchester (east), Southampton (south) & Shaftesbury (west). Many attractions 5-45 min drive away. The Annexe has been renovated to a high standard. It is a cosy space with everything you need in a base to explore the area. The Annexe is attached to the back of a Manor House but has a private driveway and entrance and ample parking directly outside. We are yet to complete the landscaping of the carpark and entrance, therefore the entrance is not as grand we would like it to be yet but there is an outdoor table with two chairs in the sunny part of the bank opposite the front door! While we don't live on site, we will be available on mobile at all times. We also have people who live and work on the estate who can assist if needed. Stonehenge is 6 mins drive, Salisbury is 23 mins drive, and there are many lovely walks and pubs within 5-45 mins drive. We give you a manual with all of our favourite things to do and places to visit. Car is probably the best form of transport, although there is a bus to Salisbury and surrounding areas from the end of the lane. The space The Annexe has been renovated to a high standard. It is a cosy space with everything you need in a base to explore the area. It is attached to the back of a Manor House on Henge Estate but has a private entrance and parking. There is only one permanent bed in the property, which is a king size bed in the bedroom. But for guests with one child, we can put a cot (0-2 years), a toddler bed (2-4 years) or a fold-out guest bed (5-8 years) into the sitting room. Due to the limited space and other furniture, we can only accommodate one child in the sitting room. This will add £20/night to your booking. We are yet to complete the landscaping of the garden, patio, carpark and entrance, which will be done as soon as we get listed building consent! Therefore the outdoor space is not as lovely or functional as we want it to be yet. We ask that guests only rent The Annexe with the expectation that it has limited outdoor space. Guest access Guests have their own entrance through the rear of the estate and their own parking area right outside The Annexe.
