House near Altötting - stylish, cozy & quiet!

Our cottage is quietly located near the town centre, between the main square and the A94 motorway. Munich, Passau, Salzburg and Lake Chiemsee are easily accessible by car. A nearby destination is Burghausen Castle, and even day trips to the mountains can be planned from here. Swimming lakes, supermarkets & petrol stations are all close by. A guest handbook in the house provides all important information about the accommodation, house rules, restaurants, local attractions and emergency contacts. The space We bought our little house in Neuötting in 2016 and lovingly renovated it ourselves. Once a Greek restaurant, it now welcomes travelers looking for a cozy place to stay. Fully equipped with modern comforts, books and games, it’s perfect for families and dog lovers. Two dogs (up to labrador size) are welcome – please treat our home with care so it stays a lovely place for everyone. 🏡💛 Guest access Guests have access to all rooms of the holiday home – only the attic is off-limits. The house also features a cozy outdoor sitting area (not fenced) and a private parking space on the property. Other things to note We want all our guests to feel comfortable and at home. The best way to ensure this is by treating the house and its furnishings with care. If something breaks, please just let us know – these things happen, and we’ll find a solution together. A maximum of two dogs up to Labrador size are allowed. A valid dog liability insurance is required. Please make sure dogs don’t lie on sofas or beds and don’t chew furniture. If your dog isn’t used to being left alone, please don’t leave them unattended – unless they’re comfortable in a crate and you’ve brought one along. We’ve put a lot of love and effort into our home and really appreciate guests who stay with care and consideration – that’s what keeps it a special place for everyone to enjoy.
